  • THe OG Hot 26+2

    The Original Hot Yoga. This is the classic. The foundation. The transformative moving meditation that started it all.

    The Original Hot Yoga is a 90-minute therapeutic yoga class based on the original 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room (105°F with 40% humidity). Every posture is done twice and in the same order—offering a consistent and measurable journey back into your body.

    This sequence is designed to systematically work every muscle, joint, organ, and system in the body. The heat promotes detoxification, deep muscular release, improved circulation, and increased mental focus.

  • inferno hot pilates

    Get ready to sweat, shake, and strengthen.
     Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact workout done in a heated room (around 95°F) with energizing music and powerful instruction. This class combines Pilates principles, HIIT-style cardio, and core-focused strength training—all designed to sculpt the body and elevate your mind.

    This is a mat-based class, and every movement is layered so you can choose your level of challenge. Expect pulsing beats, encouraging vibes, and a full-body burn that leaves you feeling empowered, detoxed, and alive.

    We keep it lighthearted, high-energy, and deeply transformational.

  • yin yoga

    Yin Yoga is a slow, grounded, and meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body—fascia, joints, and ligaments—through long-held passive postures, typically held for 2–5 minutes.

    In this class, we dial down the intensity and turn up the inward listening. Props are used to support the body, the nervous system settles, and space is made—not just in the hips and spine, but in the mind and heart.

    This is the pause your body didn’t know it was craving.

Elevate Yoga Collective was born from the union of two souls on a mission to help each other and others to heal, grow, and come home to themselves. We’re Krystle + Yogi Joe — yogis, guides and soul-driven humans proud to bring this homegrown, grassroots studio to a growing Fort Collins.

Co-Founder | DJ | Bikram Yogi | Medium | Teacher of Transformation

Joe is a Certified Bikram Yoga Instructor with over 16 years of practice and 15 years of teaching, known for completing 700 classes in his first year—a radical feat that ignited his global teaching journey. With nearly 5,000 classes taught across more than 100 studios, Joe brings mastery, presence, and undeniable soul to every session.

But his impact doesn’t stop at sweat.

As a 40-year DJ and entertainment professional, Joe infuses his love of sound and movement into live DJ sets during Inferno Hot Pilates, creating unforgettable high-vibe experiences. He’s a rhythm-maker, energy-shifter, and hype man with a heart.

Joe’s path deepened after a near-death experience led to a spontaneous spiritual awakening. Through that lightning-strike moment, he discovered his calling as a medium—a bridge to spirit and truth. He now serves as a grounded, intuitive guide, helping others remember who they are and reclaim the purpose they came here to live.

Joe is also a Reiki Level III Master, offering powerful energy healing through grounded presence and intuitive care. Whether he’s leading a hot class, spinning beats, or holding space for deep soulwork, Joe brings the heat, the heart, and the higher self into every experience.

Meet Krystle.

Co-Founder | RN | Soul Coach | pathfinder | Spiritual Guide

Krystle spent over 20 years as an ICU nurse, holding space through life’s most tender, raw, and transformational moments. In 2022, she answered a deeper calling—leaving behind the security of the hospital to walk a soul-led path of healing, creativity, and conscious entrepreneurship.

That journey has been its own transformation—one not guided by external systems, but by inner knowing, radical trust, and what she lovingly calls a slow-onboarding spiritual awareness.

Since reimagining her life, Krystle has reawakened to her innate gifts. She became a certified crystal practitioner and educator, teaching the wisdom of stones through both scientific grounding and energetic consciousness—bridging the seen and unseen.

In 2022, she completed her 26+2 Hot Yoga Instructor Training through 105F in Bali and has loved leading ever since. She’s currently completing her Board Certification in Nurse Coaching, a soul-aligned form of holistic coaching that helps others elevate their health, happiness, and truth.

Krystle now offers upgrade-focused coaching that blends intuition, embodiment, and deep soul trust. She supports others in remembering who they are—and in creating lives that reflect that truth from the inside out.

As a poet, photographer, and visual artist, Krystle’s creative expression is inseparable from her healing work. Every image, every word, every session is an invitation to return to Source, and to remember the infinite power we each carry to live as large, luminous, and liberated as we’re meant to.
